In this Modern Day world, the times of Kali Yug, Stress, strife & unhappiness is synonymous with human society. The struggles of the daily life weigh heavily upon an Individual & the family system. Problems are a constant companion & the human mind is continuously engaged in finding solutions to solve them.

At such critical junctures of Modern Life , Bhartiya Darshan can serve as a much desired lighthouse. Bhartiya wisdom covers a spectrum as varied as Economy, Human relations, Arts, Culture, Spirituality, and Ethics. It is an ocean which has never failed in quenching the thirst of an honest seeker.

At Manthan, like the Samudra Manthan, the churning of ideas from Bhartiya legacy shall help youth discover solutions for the present day problems . The journey shall be Inside Out. Discovering The Self and Making the World a happy place to live. As Swami Vivekananda said "Be and Make".

Programs

The organization plans to conduct online & offline activities.

Offline Activity: Speakers from different domains shall be invited for Lecture Series. This shall be a monthly event. The topics can range from Relevance of Bhagvad Gita: A Management Perpective, Learnings from the Indian Joint Family System, Artha: The Indian Way of Doing Business, Organising Life - Inside Out.

Online Activity: An active Facebook page& a dynamic website will be the base of Online Activity. There is a lot of content generation through out India in this segment. The same can be shared on Facebook Page. Also, the all offline event recordings shall beamed through facebook live & uploaded on the Youtube channel & the website.

Outreach

The target population is the Indian professional youth in the age bracket of 25 - 40 Years. This is not a formal organization with any membership fees. Hence, the outreach shall be more organic through circulation of Whatsapp Posters. With time we hope the intent & lecture series of the organization will appeal to the young generation & they themselves shall look forward to attend them & subscribe to the facebook page for more content.

Strengths

Although there is a presence of no. of organizations offering lecture series for the benefit of the members, they are mainly focused in the management or skills like cooking, Dietary etc. What Manthan wants to offer is an alternate perspective to problems of life & may not necessarily bring monetary profits to the members.
